Frequently asked questions

Better to hand or machine dye?

Our products can be used both ways, however, whenever possible, we always suggest you opt for hand dyeing your garments. This will give you more control over the whole process, allowing you to add some more product along the way if necessary or let the fabric soak for more time.

Can I use Aybel's products to fix chlorine stains?

You can fix chlorine stained clothes by dissolving a pinch of fabric dye in 100 ml of water, add salt and vinegar if necessary, and apply the obtained solution on the spot with the help of a little brush or cotton swab.

Colore ottimo, istruzioni non corrette

Il colore è ottimo, la spedizione è arrivata nei tempi previsti. Tuttavia ho dovuto ripetere la tintura due volte, perchè seguendo le istruzioni fornite dal venditore non ho ottenuto un buon risultato (colore non uniforme e macchie di colore). Nel retro della bustina del colore ho trovato un qrcode, che mi ha indirizzato direttamente alla pagina del produttore (che non è aybel) e lì ho trovato delle istruzioni molto più dettagliate e complete. Per fortuna avevo acquistato due bustine e la sera stessa ho provato a ritingere, seguendo le istruzioni del produttore, e il risultato è stato ottimo. Confrontando le due istruzioni mi sono accorta che in quelle che arrivano a casa da aybel mancano dei passaggi fondamentali (cucchiaino di detersivo piatti nel bagno di tintura, acqua a 60 gradi, mescolare CONTINUAMENTE per i primi 10 min, ecc). Nel complesso riacquisterei questo prodotto, seguendo le istruzioni nel retro dell’etichetta invece che quelle del foglietto del venditore.
